Public Facing Annuity Quote Site
“LV= needed a new way for visitors to the website to get an annuity quote. They wanted this to include medical and lifestyle factors and feed into their adviser system.”
After making AMS Retirement their sole adviser platform of choice in 2017 LV= decided to extend its functionality in 2018. They needed a bespoke medical form integrated into their internal systems and a public facing quote website for external clients.
The micro-site is run and hosted by Retirement Systems and is fully integrated with LV’s main website. The micro-site allows members of the public to get a fully impaired lifestyle quote. The quote then feeds automatically into LV’s bespoke AMS Retirement adviser tool allowing them to interact with the client and advise them of their options without any re-keying of data.
LV= also required a bespoke health form service which integrated with one of their internal tools. Their existing system collected client data but not health information; Retirement Systems built a service to interact seamlessly with the that system at the same time increasing functionality and reducing the impact of the change.
